This research was purposed to describe level of visitor satisfaction at the Safari Lagoi Bintan from indicators: suitability expectations, revisit intention, and willingness recommend. The type this is descriptive with quantitative data using survey methods. conducted Bintan, Riau Islands. population in 9,297 visitors who visited November 2021-April 2022. results study indicate that: 1) about facilities on expectations indicators categorized as satisfied for domestic foreign visitors, a score 4.13 4.08; 2) intention indicator 4.15 3.96; 3) recommend very category 4.23 4.16.
